We got our money's worth. NO FRILLS Just what we needed - a clean room, a comfortable bed, A/C, working private bathroom/shower. Free private parking. Keep you expectations in check and you'll be happy! Convenient location with a car. My daughter and I walked around the neighborhood - not much to eat close by so we drove a few blocks. convenient for a concert at the arena!

There were roaches in the room .Room was very dirty upon checking in , holes in dirty sheets with other peoples hair on them , floor was sticky with crumbs . This place is truly one of the worst maintained properties I’ve ever visited . So there’s nothing I liked .

The room was extremely dirty. I asked for another room ; they proposed me another room but asked to pay more because the room was upgraded. I refused. They proposed to cancel my reservation. I accepted

Listen, we had a good, clean, safe night here in room 225. It doesn’t say on booking, Expedia, Travelocity, etc that you need $100 CASH deposit for a non smoking room. So make sure you have that. There’s an ATM but I bet fees are high. I brought $100 cash because I read reviews. I was worried about the place when I read about it. But the staff was friendly. When we checked in at 2, they said it would be a couple minutes to clean the room. We appreciated that. Our room was clean. Sheets were a little stained in spots but that’s MOTEL life.
